Our client wanted to understand several things around how people prepare sandwiches in their own homes. They needed the participants to be as natural as possible while creating their perfect sandwiches.

The research took place in the UK where 20 respondents downloaded our HT FACE app from the Google Play Store. Friends and family were recruited as live cameramen or women and they simply held the tablet or smartphone as the participants set about constructing their culinary masterpieces.

We found out some very interesting ways that people make their perfect sandwich and the client was over the moon that this was all captured in the respondents’ homes.
